When config.srs_size = None, init_dal loads initialisation_parameters from the files at the paths provided by find_trusted_setup_files (). It is important that every time the primitives above are used, they are used with the very same initialization parameters. (To ensure this property, an integrity check is run.) In this case, init_dal can take several seconds to run.
